Blair did not choose Chuck over Dan. There was no “Dan, I want to be with Chuck” it’s more like, “Dan is just as bad as the worst”. Blair did not make a choice. Serena made it for her. She stole Blair’s diary and she tried to sleep with Dan.

Dair angst will awesome. They were built to last. “So beginning today, the past is just a prologue. It all starts from here”. Dan and Blair didn’t fall out of love. Still means something. She chose Dan when she had other options, but when she picked Chuck. There wasn’t it. She wasn’t going to pick Chuck when she went the roof. Her mindset was like this: What if Dan turns out to be a bad guy and Chuck has changed into a good guy? She needed to be secure with her choice. I baffled at the thought that Blair doesn’t love Dan. Ask any of your friends if they would have thrown a party to celebrate their new relationship?

Two months is too early to say ILY especially since Blair was technically married one month into her and Dan’s relationship. Dan and Blair could not go on proper dates for the first month of their relationship. They didn’t break up.They were ripped apart. Serena was the catalyst in confusing Blair. Vanessa reacted to ILY worse than Blair. She didn’t even want a relationship with Dan, at first. The transition from BFF’s to lovers was much smoother for Dan and Blair oppose to Dan and Vanessa who were BFF’s for years. After the all girls he’s dated. Blair is his equal and that means something.
