There's no place like me

Of course, it’s a CB wedding. Why would they have her wear the tracking device all season if they weren’t going to put it to good use. But that doesn’t necessarily mean they will exchange vows. Blair will realize this version of Chuck she’s marrying isn’t the one she was captivated, infatuated, or obsessed by. He has no depth, bland, lacks versatility, and therefore is incapable of given Blair the stability, tranquility, calmness, admiration, loyalty she desires. She wants love in the pure and simple form, not the complicated and devastating one.

Sometimes a girl just wants a simple kiss on the cheek, a warm hug, words of encouragement, assurance that her happiness is the most important thing in the world to you. Blair will see that, and run to Dan…again, but this time the past will actually be a prologue and will start from here.

I can’t stand this. You know what this looks like? It looks like Mr. and Mrs. Humphrey. The Humphreys are now 35. Blair is still head of Waldorf’s Designs. It’s a smashing success and she’s a great business head. She’s even started a magazine associated with the company that is well respected and critically acclaimed in the fashion industry. She has finally become the dictator of taste. Dan has enjoyed a successful career as an author. He’s published many times but wanted to settle down so he started writing for the New Yorker. He’s a contender to become the next editor in chief. They’re at a society gala for some gaudy charity event so they left their 3 year old daughter Audrey with her grandparents Lily and Rufus who are happily married again. They’ll pick her up the next morning so they can have some alone time with each other that night…
Please someone tell me HOW to kill this feeling?!

Hey, Chair fans, you guys better pray that Chairsip Girl ratings improve because if they don’t, I’m predicting a series finale re-write. Mark my words! I don’t care if I’m alone on this. I’m a delusional optimist, and proud of it.

like a whisper: LOL infact Chuck has never tried to expose, attempted or even successfully did ruin Blair's life and career. Nope,... -

complexgirl:

He didn’t humiliate her in season1, sharing details of her sexual life with Gossip Girl, #bitteraboutNate. He didn’t try to take her Queen Bee status away from her in season2, #bitterabouthismiserablelife. He didn’t sell her out for his hotel to his rapist uncle, #asshole. He has never tried to…

Nobody’s gonna rain on our parade.

newyorkdarlings:

Between the abysmal ratings for the premiere episode, Dan’s speech, SuckandBlah’s lame limo scene, Chair shippers’ annoyance, the cast’s non-acting + visible eye-rolling and the unparalleled sassiness that are the Dan and Georgina scenes, I’m enjoying Season 6 far more than I thought I would be. Raise your champagne flutes to toast the GG writers on the lowest viewing figures for an episode yet!

I’m having Dair feels. Like I just reblogged or liked about 172638 text posts about the episode and it STILL, as always, doesn’t make sense to support Chair

So, instead of going to Rome with a guy(Dan) who would pratically build her (Blair) a damn hotel, she waits all summer on Chuck (the one who’s fighting for the hotel he sold her for.) And of course she didn’t miss Dan, that’s why she called him all summer to see if he took Serena to Rome (the place she should have been.) Good job, writers.

(not my gif)

Dan and Blair as roomates?

I have a funny feeling that Dan and Blair will become roomies and she’ll end up kicking him out after she sees the sextape.

“You’re not behind-the-scenes with me. That’s what I love about us. We are equals in this.”

“Our relationship isn’t about choosing one world or another. Our relationship is our world.”

It’s probably not going to be our last, but we have to face these disasters together. We’re a team.”

                                                                 vs

“We made a pact. We have things we need to do on our own. But when we are both in the next place, we will be together. End of story.”

I am a perceptive son of a bitch

During Blair’s lover’s quarrel with Dan, I notice something.  Pay close attention to Blair as she walks away from Dan right after saying, “I have to find Serena,” her facial expression is priceless and I’m not referring to Blair’s (expression), I’m referring to Leighton’s (expresssion). It just screams. “What a stupid ass line.”

In my head, I envision Leighton saying, “Why the hell would I want to find Serena?  I would still be with Dan if it wasn’t for her. Why am I still fighting for Chuck, that is so the last five seasons.” Go head with your bad self, Leighton, I see you.
